house with a finished walkout basement. Midlake Builders created a second
floor on the home and also completed extensive remodeling to the kitchen,
main floor areas, exterior, and lower level.
The second floor features an expansive master bedroom suite with a huge
closet and master bath. Large decks on both the main floor and top
floor capitalize on the lake views.
The exterior was changed from vinyl siding to cedar shake lap siding. All flooring was updated and the new kitchen cabinets were custom made and installed by a local custom cabinet maker. A new mahogany front door was installed along with a new cedar-clad garage door.
